Cites amplifer as one of "25 Microchips That Shook The World"

In the May 2009 on-line issue of IEEE Spectrum, Tripath's TA2020 class-T amplifier is credited as one of the 25 "most innovative, intriguing, and inspiring integrated circuits" ever. We agree.

The TA2020 is a 20W per channel, two-channel, bridged amplifier incorporating Tripath's Digital Power Processing technology. The resulting Class-T devices deliver the audio fidelity of Class-AB with the power efficiency of Class-D amplifiers, while its sound has been described, to quote the Spectrum article, "as warm and vibrant as tube amps."
