Microphone Pre-Amplifier

These days an integrated microphone preamp needs to perform well over its entire gain range, not just at +60dB. THAT Corporation's 1512 audio preamp gives you the 1nV/Rt.Hz you expect at 60dB gain... but how about 34nV/Rt.Hz at 0dB gain? Now that's impressive!
Combined with its wider bandwidth, better slew rate, and lower distortion than the competition, the 1512 may well be the best IC mic pre on the market.
The 1512 is pin-compatible with all popular IC preamps, but may require some changes to external resistance to take advantage of its noise benefits in existing products. Where that's not possible, take a look at the THAT1510.
