MOSFETS
Exicon lateral MOSFET range have high voltage capability,
high slew rate and low distortion which make them the ideal choice
for audio amplifier designs. They are completely free of secondary
breakdown and thermal runaway which make them extremely reliable and
remove the need for complex protection circuitry. A wide bandwidth,
low drive requirements and ease of paralleling make it possible to
simply construct robust amplifiers with excellent sonic characteristics.
Packaged in TO3, TO264 and TO247 case styles. Production samples,
application notes and demo boards are available.
