EU Shipments

The UK may have left the EU but we remain a European distributor and we are committed to all our customers in Europe. Our aim is to make sure that our customers see as little change as possible when doing business with us.

From January 2021, shipments will be dispatched from our distribution hub in the Netherlands under our NL VAT registration number. This means if you are a VAT registered business your orders will continue to be an Intra- EU supply and VAT will continue to be 0% using the Reverse Charge rules, just as they are now. If you are not VAT registered then VAT will be charged at your country’s standard rate.

There will be no need to clear your order through customs or pay any duty. The only difference will be the VAT registration number on our invoices.

Moving to a distribution hub in the Netherlands means we can take advantage of the well-developed road logistics in mainland Europe rather than ship by air. This does mean that delivery times will be 1 to 2 days longer but will reduce our carbon emissions. If you place scheduled orders with us, we will allow for this when shipping your orders.
