At Profusion we are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously, and have put in place numerous precautions to keep our staff and customers safe. We will of course be following all UK government businesses guidelines to prevent the spread of the infection.
However, while we expect that the virus may cause some disruption, we are currently operating during normal business hours, and our carriers will be collecting new orders every day. Delivery options on web orders also still apply.
At present we are experiencing very few shortages or delays in component shipments, but we anticipate that the COVID-19 will influence production of some of our key lines. Disruptions around the world will likely have longstanding ramifications on the global supply chain.
As always at Profusion, we will do our best to keep our customers updated and informed. We specialise in long lead time stock and work closely with our suppliers, and therefore have a good insight into long-term shortages or considerations that may impact production through 2020 and beyond.
