Full description
The NJU7027 is a dual rail-to-rail output single supply CMOS operational amplifiers featuring low supply current. This amplifier operates from single 1.8V to 5.5V supply or dual ±0.9V to ±2.75V supply and provides a 160kHz gain-bandwidth products while using only 13µA of supply current per channel, ideal for 2-cell battery systems and 1-cell li-ion battery systems.
